  • Los Angeles: Where to Eat?

I'll be in LA on Thursday and Friday, with dinner plans still open.

I confess I haven't been to LA since who knows how long, and I have no idea where to eat. We have many experts here on the board who I'm sure can point me in the right direction.

If you had two nights to eat in LA, where would you go?

Lucky for you, there's a Los Angeles Must Eats thread!
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

While I wouldn't eat there if my life depended on it, many here would suggest In-N-Out.

That LA thread was pretty lame.

So I have Mr. Chow's for one night based on SU's rec. What should the next night be?

If you're downtown the Water Grill is pretty good. An easy walk from all the main hotels. If you want a genteel atmosphere and very good food in a private club setting (patio dining overlooking the downtown skyscrapers), PM me and I'll set you up.

The Water Grill is pretty good, esp. if you go for fish.
