Middling success yesterday. I wasn't starting with great meat so I wasn't expecting miracles, but I also overcooked slightly. I did discover that I like Famous Dave's steak rub better than Montreal seasoning. And I copied CJF's parmesan/garlic/shallot topping - that was tasty.
