Log Haven is very nice, and a beautiful setting.
Snowbird has a nice place on the top of its hotel, but I don't remember the name.....I intend to live forever.

I'll second Log Haven. Similar recommendation for Stein Erickson Lodge at Deer Valley. Both are pretty pricey and fairly formal.At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah
