Each butt will feed 15-20 people. Plan on 15 to be conservative.Originally posted by Clark Addison View PostI know several here have experience cooking for large groups. When cooking pulled pork, how much in pre-cooked weight do you plan on buying per person?

If you're going to be talking about bone-in butts, You really should have a NSFW warning.Originally posted by LVAllen View PostThere may come a day when my wife realizes that all she needs for delicious BBQ is a login for CS. A day when she abandons me and seeks out better smoked pork.

Costco bone-in butts, JL's rub recipe and smoking process, and a homemade Carolina mustard sauce, courtesy of All-American's recipe in this same thread. Thanks guys! Making me look good for 6 years running.

Man, I really need to try that Carolina mustard sauce. I've got to remember this the next time I do pulled pork.

We usually do 2 per person. Grab them early because they typically run out.
