    Hey DT, have you ever heard of a Smoke Daddy device?

    It is a cold smoke attachment you can add to any grill. For example, with a Traeger it would allow you to get a little extra smoke when you are cooking at high temps (chicken, pizza, salmon, etc.). Here is one on a Traeger:

    I know there are a few people on pelletheads who run them on the their Traegers, but I have no first hand experience with them. I dont think you could go wrong with one though, especially if you want to cold smoke fish or cheese.
