If you like Cafe Rio pork, here's a cheap and easy imitation.
Couple cups of Pace Medium Picante, can of green chilis, cup of brown sugar. Toss in the crock pot for four hours on high setting, shred, let simmer for another hour or so. Eat with burrito, taco, salad, or chips.

We make several recipes that call for Pace salsa. Using a different salsa always has produced an inferior product for us.Originally posted by YOhio View PostIf you like Cafe Rio pork, here's a cheap and easy imitation.
