I am wondering if you could get away with a single sheet width with the 30-in roll. Maybe not.Originally posted by Drunk Tank View PostI read that last night infact, and I was planning on giving it a try.
This seems like a good deal.

Yes, he overlaps two sheets. Geez, he makes that look easy.
Be sure to watch him slicing at the end. Looks incredible.
Butcher paper - worth it?
What size?
Two sheets or one?"I think it was King Benjamin who said 'you sorry ass shitbags who have no skills that the market values also have an obligation to have the attitude that if one day you do in fact win the PowerBall Lottery that you will then impart of your substance to those without.'"

I don't use it. I do the foil stage inside a disposable steamer pan on a drain rack, covered with foil. The meat doesn't get soggy and very easy to clean up.Originally posted by Pelado View PostSo what's the verdict?

Are you doing your whole cook in a steamer pan? I know a lot of folk who do that. I think next time I do a deep clean on the smoker I may go that route. Just depends on the quality im cooking. I'm still using the butcher paper since I have it. Even when I cook in a steamer pan.
