I edited just before you posted. But yeah, that was the problem.

I love restaurant.com. The 80% off coupons come out about once every 4-6 weeks. I used to buy them for this tepanyaki place by us. But they no longer participate. In fact I had 3 certificates for that restaurant that I hadn't used yet and they sent me credit to buy certs elsewhere. However, there aren't any good restaurants anymore that I'd care to take advantage of.

Oh, but they've got plenty of coupons for Cafe Silvestre.

They were good about 20 years ago. Are they still around and are they still good?

It's still around and no, it's not good. Unless good is defined as an unrecognizable blob of greasy something.

Sad to here. When I was in HS we would eat there on our way home from skiing. Come to think of it, given the discerning palates of teenage boys, that might be why I considered it "good".

I would say you could find better food at the Hart's gas station across the street.

You must have spent significant time at either Solitude or Brighton those days if Cafe Silvestre was on the way home.

Solitude is cool if you like skiing uncrowded cat tracks.

HoneyComb canyon is pretty good...assuming that it is still undeveloped. I haven't been up there for years.

I prefer skiing uncrowded anywhere, as long as there is snow.

Hey, if anyone's interested, the current promo going at Restaurant.com is a 70% off sale if you use the promotion code ENJOY. Looks like there are some new restaurants listed (at least in the Salt Lake area) and the wife and I just used one for Meditrina's on Valentine's Day. It was fantastic.
Kids in general these days seem more socially retarded...

None of them date. They hang out. They text. They sit in the same car or room and don't say a word...they text. Then, they go home and whack off to internet porn.

I think that's the sad truth about why these kids are retards.

Does anyone need a Stoneground certificate? I didn't read the fine print closely and when I switched from looking at the $25 certificate to the $50 certificate I didn't see that the minimum order for the $50 cert was $100.

It's still a great deal to get a $50 certificate for $6 but I can't think of how I would spend $100 at Stoneground. Too bad, I was looking forward to trying that place.

Crap. We love Stoneground but I don't think we could drop $100 there. Take a bunch of people to their Original Sin night on Sunday when the chefs make all kinds of different pizzas and bring them around to your table Rodizio-style.
