  • What foods do you love now but regret later?

Top of my list: theater popcorn. It always seems like a good idea at the time, but after the movie I am sick for the rest of the night.

Also, excessively spicy foods. burns going in and coming out.

Sometimes late at night, I heat up a small bowl of peanut butter, mix in some honey, frozen chocolate chips, and pretzels. If you do it just right, the chocolate chips are just starting to melt, but keep some structural integrity. I really love it, but my stomach never feels to good for the next few hours. Plus, I suspect it isn't all that healthy.

Onions. I love 'em, but they literally hate my guts, as it feels like I've eaten a box of jagged razor blades.

I love authentically spicy thai curry. It is like manna, but boy do I pay for it several hours later.

I'm lactose intolerant but I love dairy. Especially cheese. Also I drink 1-2 whey protein shakes a day. I'm usually pretty good about taking the lactase enzyme with it but I don't always have it with me and sometimes that comes back to bite me.

Chorizo. It raises my heartrate above 100 just sitting there.

Old fashioned soft peppermint puffs. I've been eating them by the bagful.

Taco Bell / Taco Time - So good going in until it starts a cage match in my stomach.

I love garlic but I get terrible headaches from it.

Sometimes I crave Jambalaya and order it at BJ's for lunch and then spend 6 hours in regret
