I actually make some pretty yummy chicken nuggets that are really not unhealthy. I just got the recipe off the back of a box of Kroger-brand shredded wheat.What's to explain? It's a bunch of people, most of whom you've never met, who are just as likely to be homicidal maniacs as they are to be normal everyday people, with whom you share the minutiae of your everyday life. It's totally normal, and everyone would understand.

I'll ask the mrs. for it and post it later. The truth is it's not hard to make good mac n cheese, it's a matter of making a bechamel, undercooking the pasta by a few minutes and then adding whatever cheese you want. She usually sautes some onions to mix in with it, gives it more flavor.
