While you are at Costco pick up some Organic mango salsa. It is pure heaven on mexi dishes, not hot at all ( to me anyway). It is a nice touch on the fish tacos.

it is indeed delicious, but while i can normally eat mango the stuff really irritates my throat.

I can drink hot sauce straight from the bottle so it is important to me. Chips and salsa after church is a staple.

My kids on the other hand hate all salsas but that one, so I am a fan.
