  • Forage vs. Pago

If you could choose one of these at which to eat dinner, which would you choose?

I haven't tried either, and I'm looking for an "artisonal," seasonal farm fresh restaurant. I want the complete foodie, chi-chi eating experience. The kind where the waiter debates the social and the taste merits of peruvian blue lettuce over Idahoan alfalfa sprouts, and the cook shops at the farmer's market daily and churns her own clover butter.

I'd really appreciate the opinions of those who have eaten either at these two restaurants, or an alternative similar place you might want to recommend.

    TIA

Aren't both of those in Utah? Not sure what the chef is going to be getting form the local farmers market this time of year.

And if you're lucky the kitchen didn't play broom hockey with it before cooking it.

          KL,

I don't know if you caught this thread by Mrs. Funk

I thought it was a good review. Made me want to go

"They talk about the economy this year. Hey, my hairline is in recession, my waistline is in inflation. Altogether, I'm in a depression."
