  • Cranberry sauce has me rethinking everything I thought I knew about turkey dinner

Tonight with turkey dinner leftovers, I dipped my turkey into my wife's homemade cranberry sauce. It was delicious. It changed turkey for me.

I grew up in a home that served the canned cranberry goop every year, and I didn't know until after my mission that people ate (good) cranberry sauce with turkey. I'm now converted.

I'm already looking forward to turkey sandwiches, covered with cranberries. (To the point that I'm considering giving bulimia a run.)

I love homemade cranberry sauce, especially on leftover turkey sandwiches. Danimal is not a fan. Neither are my kids so I make it every year, just for me.

What kind does your wife make? This is mine.
What's to explain? It's a bunch of people, most of whom you've never met, who are just as likely to be homicidal maniacs as they are to be normal everyday people, with whom you share the minutiae of your everyday life. It's totally normal, and everyone would understand.
