I had the guacamole turkey burger tonight, and it was pretty good. The bun appeared to be whole wheat, and the guac was nice. I have no clue if it's really under 500 calories (I would assume it is, considering it's a specific number and not "a healthy alternative" or something vague).
My guess is that of the 500 calories, 300 of it is the bun and the cheese. It would be great if fast food would start offering those 100 calorie thin bread alternatives like the kinds you can buy in stores. They taste great and work perfectly on sandwiches.

I like the French Onion Soup at Mimi's.

No. That's about what I get, except no tomatoes and I get olives, banana peppers, etc in addition. Pretty much everything they'll put on except tomatoes.

I usually try to eat 5-6 times a day, and if I'm eating that often, I can't go past 350 calories a shot or I go over for my day. If it were just one of three meals, no way could I make it all the way to dinner.

Mayo on sandwiches is gross. I don't understand how people eat that stuff.
I've noticed this too. Poor bread quality at some Subways is probably more of a franchise issue than it is a problem for the whole chain.

Yeah one morning I went for a breakfast sandwich at one of the trucks. Cheese, eggs, bacon on a long roll. It was awesome.

On a side note, one of the things I miss from Philadelphia is the food trucks outside the hospital. Good variety, open late and usually tasty. Much better than the routine fast food joints. Don't know about the nutritional quality or lack thereof.
