Try the spicy pork version next time. Even better."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."

Faith and I love Korean food, and on any given Friday evening, we can choose from any number of excellent, authentic Korean joints, full of Koreans, where we can enjoy heaps of tofu, a pile of hot-stone bibimbap, or heaping portions of Korean/Chinese fusion foods, all for cheap prices and with excellent service. We have TWO great Korea-towns within a short driving distance (LA's original, and Gardena). I pity you, Jeff. Very sad to be a person who loves Korean food, but is limited primarily to what is available near Provo. You should move to SoCal.

I would imagine LA probably has the best Korean food in the US, no?"There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."

Sorry for rubbing it in. Yes, I too imagine that LA has the best Korean food in the US. If you ever roll through town, hit us up to take you to the very best Korean joint we have discovered (after trying quite a few).

Yes! Those are fantastic too. Unfortunately, Faith's vegetarianism has precluded our searching out a really good Korean BBQ joint. I've only been to one, with my visiting sister, sans Faith (but with Little Robin).Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostSomeday I would love to try out those Korean taco trucks. Kogi?

There is a Korean food truck near my office. It is actually a trailer, and it is parked in the same place every day. The tacos are quite good. Unfortunately, I think they are a rip. I got two tacos and a drink for just under $8, and left feeling like I needed at least two more tacos to not be hungry the rest of the day. I ended up visiting the office pantry at least three times that afternoon.Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss

I had to go to a wedding open house straight from work yesterday, and fortunately it was in Provo. I stopped by Sam Hawk afterward for dinner, and man, it was good. I had the dukpoki and the pork bulgogi. Those two items are absolutely delicious. I'm not a connoisseur of Korean food by any means, but I do love that place. Not that, sickos.

Fusion is the place to go in provo (a place that is admittedly very sparse when it comes to good korean food
) Pork bulgogi, or JJambbong are what they happen to be good at. Having been to all three restaurants in Provo I'm telling you that, overrall, Fusion carries a more diverse and tasty menu. If you happen to enjoy a particular item from a different place, more power to you, of course.

Welcome Safetydan. Head over to Ellis Island and introduce yourself, and thanks for the tip. I'll give it a try next time I'm in Provo.Originally posted by Safetydan View PostFusion is the place to go in provo (a place that is admittedly very sparse when it comes to good korean food
