    Barbecue site...

I came across this site by chance a couple of weeks ago and have decided that it is the greatest site on the interwebs when it comes to barbecue.

I'm giving this recipe a try today. The ribs still have about an hour or so to go and I'm jacked to eat dinner.

    That looks awesome.

I like that when I first pulled up the page, there was a vertical banner ad for McNuggets on the opposite side of the screen.

    I also liked this paragraph:

The magical blend of warm protein, molten fat, and unctuous collagen in roasted meat is a narcotic elixir and it addicted them on first bite. There's a chef named Adam Perry Lang that owns a restaurant in NYC called Daisy May's BBQ. The dude worked at a bunch of 3-star Michelin restaurants in NYC and Europe before deciding BBQ and grilling was his calling.

He's got some great looking stuff on his site, though some of it is pretty involved: http://www.adamperrylang.com/

I'm hoping try the ribs recipe sometime this summer.

I like those sites suggested by Gracie and DT. Good stuff.

Does anyone else watch Steven Raichlen's BBQU? Dude is a genius.

Here's the site for his tv show: http://www.bbqu.net/

            And his blog: http://www.barbecuebible.com/

Both have a lot of good info.
