  • Robuchon

I'm thinking of going to one of Joel Robuchon's two Tokyo restaurants for dinner tonight. My schedule for the rest of the week is full, and I leave Monday to go back to Raleigh for the wedding. I was thinking of enjoying one of my last few days of single life by eating an amazing meal. Should I do it, or do you predict buyer's remorse? (I'm talking about the Robuchon restaurant, not the marriage.)

Are there no nudie bars in Tokyo?
There's no such thing as luck, only drunken invincibility. Make it happen.

Tila Tequila and Juggalos, America’s saddest punchline since the South.

    Yesterday was Thursday, Thursday
    Today is Friday, Friday (Partyin’)

    Tomorrow is Saturday
    And Sunday comes afterwards

I've never eaten at Robuchon's places, but I say do it. Enjoy one of the last nights you can go and drop a wad of cash and don't have to worry about someone later asking you what all that money was for

I can't believe this is even a question.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Do it and post a review (for me).
            Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

OK. I'm trying to decide if I want to go to La Table in Ebisu Garden Place or L'Atelier in Roppongi Hills. I think I'll do the Ebisu since it's right here by my work. I'll post a review.

Holy <redacted>ing <redacted>! Unbelievable. Fresh ingredients, amazing flavors, an impeccable dining experience. I had the tasting menu, the highlights of which were a white asparagus soup topped with Iberico jamon and curry oil, and the beef with morels and sherry-infused white onions. Simply the best meal I've ever eaten in my life.

I'm concerned that you referred to it as "the wedding" and not "my wedding." Unless you didnt want to reveal that in public. Ooops.

                        Sounds tasty.

I'd never tasted morels until I moved to Seattle. So. Damn. Good.
