So, since all the really awesome desserts are "bad" for you.....I invented one last night, that if you're going to overindulge, has high fiber.
Frosted Mini-Wheats with ice-cold Wal-Mart 1% Chocolate milk.....it tastes awesome, has tons of fiber, and fills you up.
