Try open-face pb with marshmallows, and toast the marshmallows until they are brown on top in the oven. Our favorite sunday night treat growing up.
Pb and homemade strawberry jam is my very favorite. On slightly burnt toast makes it even better.Comment

PB with Granny Smith apples ... mmmmmm....
For the sandwich, I have two variants:
a) the Southerner - PB, mayo, banana.
b) The Warm One - PB, marshmallows (because I'm too cheap to splurge on fluff), banana and chocolate chips, cooked in the sandwich maker.
On white bread, of course.
Also, the Detroit airport has a PB&J restaurant that has bacon and several other variations that are pretty good.I have nothing else to say at this time.Comment

Homemade peanut butter cookies with Reese's peanut butter chips, topped with Nutella or peanut butter. Mmm.
Not a fan of the pre-packaged peanut butter sandwich creams though, like Nutter Butters or Do-Si-Do's. Blecch.Comment
