  • The Ultimate Hashish: Salad

Seriously, is there a bigger high on the whole face of the earth than eating a salad?

almost anything - unless their is actual hashish in the salad

I may be small, but I'm slow.

Fresh moz, garden tomatoes, garden basil, and a drizzle of blush wine vinaigrette. You could probably sub out the basil for the hashish; give it a try, then return and report.

        cheers.
That's a great photo and the dish looks beautiful. We have been eating that stuff non-stop this fall with the fresh mozzarella from Costco.

          This looks highly acceptable!

            Looks awesome Space Ghost.

For SLC folk, they had a pretty good version of that at Settebello last time we went. I'm sure fresh tomatoes from the yard are even better, though.

Us too. The Buffalo mozzarella is great. Tonight we threw in some yellow heirloom tomatoes as well and added a dark cherry balsamic/olive oil dressing.

You can have the dish. I will take the tomatoes and mozz.

I don't have the benefit of garden grown tomatoes, but a few weeks ago Harmon's was making fresh mozzarella in store. I bought some that was finished about 5 minutes before I bought it and some locally grown tomatoes. That with a little Viola olive oil on it was amazing.

You've inspired me. I'm making this for dinner tomorrow. I wish I had garden grown basil, but everything else will be as you described.

I think I'll go with sex there, chief. Or maybe shrooms. Actually, sex on shrooms. Final answer.

But I do dig a good salad.
