          I don't know... I don't read Japanese. But I think it's fried onions, barbecue sauce, and bacon.

                  It has spicy BBQ sauce, bacon, mustard relish, and fried onions (at least that's what I saw in a skim).

                      that is the case with almost all foreign McD's. Italy's McD's are decent, way better than in the states.

                                              In New Zealand they serve them with a big old slice of pickled beet and a fried egg on them. Not so good.
