Cache Valley Cheese is produced in Utah, in Logan.

Obviously. What I'm suggesting is that since Cache Valley Cheese is produced in extreme northern Utah, it shouldn't be a surprise for it to be found across the border in southern Idaho.

But the best food product coming out of Utah has to be Amano chocolate.

I've actually seen it in grocery stores in Oregon and California, in spite of the fact that Oregon has Tillamook and California has happy cows.

No. Rhodes Rolls are easily Utah's best food export. Bear Creek Soup mixes are a distant second.

Once, long ago, in a galaxy far, far away, I was able to find it at Safeway for one winter season... Alas, having family in Utah does come in handy.

We gave them away for neighbor gifts this year. Plenty of neighbors weren't home, or we decided we didn't like them as much as we thought, and we ended up with about 5 extra boxes. This goes a long way in explaining why I gained 8 pounds over the holidays. That and the fridge I bought for my office.

One of my fantasies is to be stranded on an island filled with naked women and loaves of Grandma Sycamore's White Bread. And before you get any wrong ideas, the women in my fantasy are only naked so that I can be sure that they aren't sneaking away with any my loaves of bread!
