    Salt Lake MUST EATS

Whenever I am in town...i always hit my favorite eats:

    1. Dunford Donuts (Chocolate)(If you don't know...I can't tell you. Best kept secret.)
    2. Apollo Burger/Crown Burger
    3. Cafe Rio. (Although I am awaiting a local Cafe Rio opening here in Manhattan Beach this February!!!)
    4. Sampan Chinese. (BEST Chinese for the price!! One word: Pon Pon Chicken)
    5. Rumbi. (Just love it.)
    6. Training Table (HighSchool Tradition.)

One good thing about counting these places amongst your favorites is that you can eat almost everywhere and be very content. I admire that.
      Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

Do yourself a favor and get some Banbury Cross donuts. As for the rest, I fear you may be beyond help.

Do you return the food 48-72 hours later and ask for a refund?

Pats BBQ. Their rice with gravy was really good. Thier dirty rice wasn't bad either.

What makes you say that? I haven't been but have been meaning to give it a shot.

The BBQ ribs are okay. I wasn't super impressed. The Brisket was so-so also.

Their sides and sauces were killer though.

The free jazz band the night we were there was awesome also.

The only thing I make sure to get on trips to Utah is the caramel cashew at Neilsen's.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.
