Normally I smoke my ribs, so a crock pot is a new adventure for me. Anyone have a good recipe or suggestions for crock pot ribs? TIA.

½ day | 10 min prep
SERVES 4 -6
* 3 lbs pork spareribs
* your favorite rib rub
* 1 jar barbecue sauce
* 2 onions, quartered
1. Do not pre-heat the slow cooker.
2. Dice up the onion, add to crock pot.
3. Rub the ribs with your preferred rib rub, add to crock pot.
4. Dump half the BBQ sauce on top.
5. Cook on low setting for 6 hours.
6. Drain the juices from the crock pot, then add the remaining bbq sauce and continue cooking on low for 2 more hours.
7. Enjoy. The meat will fall of the bone.
They really are delish and simple to prepare.
