I went to the one in Orem while I was out Christmas shopping a couple of weeks ago and went through the drive thru in less than ten minutes. This was at about 6pm and it was busier than it was earlier when I drove by.

I finally cracked and went to In N Out the other day. Much to my surprise it tasted exactly like Chadders. Sub par burger, good fries and shake. meh.

Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

The AF in n out is never busy. I just drove by at 4:30 and there wasn't a single car in the drive thru. I have yet to wait more than 7 minutes there. It's great.

scandell...next time you're in Utah and you want to experience the ultimate in greasy Greek American burger joints, check out Tickles (no, it's not a strip club) on 9th East and 39th South. Same stuff as Crown, only smaller, more ghetto, and cheaper.

Almost uncanny how much it tastes like Chadders. Kudos to the Chadders folks as their imitation hit the mark. That said, I think the burger is quite good while the fries are among the worst I've ever had.

hmm. at least we agree it tastes like chadders. Something about the burger turns me off and I can't quite put my finger on it. The same thing happened at Chadders-- I'm not sure if it's the patty or the bun, but something is cardboard there. I like that style of fry, though-- kinda crispy n salty and good.

Yeah - I don't really like the I-n-O fries either...

also, I/O fry haters, please remember this about I/O fries.....take one fresh potato, cut it fresh, fry it immediately, serve it fresh within minutes. Gross!

I remember you mentioning this in some other thread a while back, so the last time I went to there I ordered them well done and they were much better. Still not one of top fast food fries, but much better than the soggy limpness from before.
