Okay TripleD...here's the recipe. Sorry it took so long to get to.
*** Beat 2 Eggs Alone
Add 4 pkgs 3 oz. Soft Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 light tbsp lemon juice
Beat until light and fluffy. Pour into Graham Cracker crust.
Bake 350 degrees oven 15-20 mins. Remove and let cool for about 10 minutes....the cooling part is VERY IMPORTANT.
Now the Topping:
1 Cup Sour Cream
3 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat above ingredients. Pour over cool part of pie. Return to Oven. Bake another 10 minutes...then after that...Put it in the Fridge for 5 hours.
After that should be ready to serve.
It took me about 4 tries to get it right, but I have it down now.
Very SIMPLE and easy to make.
