    Toon Tunes...and other movie songs

    One of my favorite movie songs is "Not in Nottingham" from Disney's Robin Hood. I'll often find myself singing it in the car, either while driving alone or to break the silence while driving with my kids (who sometimes sing along but lately are more likely to just shake their heads or turn on the radio to drown me out). It's pretty simple but can convey a lot of emotion. It's pretty distinct from the rest of the upbeat, playful Robin Hood soundtrack.

                    Hah.

                    Usually if I find out a movie is done by the Coen brothers, or Tarantino...I don't even bother watching it. Not a fan of the style.

                      I agree 100% on OBWAT. I've tried and tried. I just can't get into it. But all Coen Bros. movies? That's the kind of blanket statement that is wrecking society today. No need to throw the baby out with the bathwater!

                        and Tarantino? Sometimes he tries too hard but Django Unchained was awesome

                              Is there any saving the music from Song of the South now that the movie has been cancelled by Disney?

                              Could we get Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah in another movie or something so it isn't cancelled as well?
