Have you heard of this prison? They use dance as a sort of therapy or step to rehabilitation or something like that. There are tons of youtube videos of these 1500 prisoners performing. Apparently people sit above the prison and look down and watch the performances. That is blocked for me here at work, but if it is the prison I'm thinking of it is in Cebu. There are several Cebu Prison/MJ Youtube videos floating around and have been for several years. Not surprised that it would happen there. On my FB account, about 75% of the people are Filipinos. All the MJ posting has been kind of amazing. This is an excellent question and it would be a cause for concern if it were here in the US where prisoners have rights. The only reason to worry about the prisoners figuring out they can do big things if they work together would be if this prison is more like the prisons here.
