Into Darkness is way to low and First Contact is too high. But we can all agree that anyone who doesn't have Wrath of Khan at the top and Final Frontier at the bottom is stupider than Pete Carroll.Originally posted by Sleeping in EQ View PostMy Ranking of the Star Trek movies:
The Wrath of Khan
The Voyage Home
First Contact
The Undiscovered Country
Star Trek (2009)
Beyond
The Search for Spock
Insurrection
Generations
The Motion Picture
Into Darkness
Nemesis
The Final Frontier
I remember when my brother and I bought the 25th anniversary Star Trek game for our 386 PC. I am old.

The first star trek computer game I played was at the university of Utah computer lab. My friends and I used to go there and steal log in info out of the garbage cans (we were still in high school) and log in as students, stealing lab time to play the game. The game required you to put in coordinates and commands for your move and then the teletype printer would spit out the result, which we would read and then plot more coordinates. Now THAT'S old.Originally posted by Omaha 680 View Post

I really liked First Contact. But yes, Into Darkness should be higher.

I didn't like much about Into Darkness. I found it boring, frantic, and cynical, and having little of what I want in a Star Trek movie.Originally posted by Omaha 680 View PostInto Darkness is way to low and First Contact is too high. I have a small test I use on people to determine how much energy I want to put into a possible friendship with them. When I first hear them discuss Star Trek I multiple times call it Star Track, if they get all donutholey about correcting me then I turn the friendship effort level to 0.Get confident, stupid

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.
