Now chick on the right is Katy Perry. That's why going to the mat she has a chance. The chick on the left is Rosie Jones. I've made a few trips to Egotastic in my day

New album on track to blow past the million sales mark the first week. Last album to do that? Taylor's Red. Other artists who have had three albums sell over 1 million the first week? None. Only Taylor. She's a phenom. And she deserves it.

Interesting that the ape didn't return and report on his listening of the recommended songs. Typical. Fling crap from his cage, and then just go back to eating it.

She is doing really well of course but sales data is misleading since those numbers count digital downloads. Today's widespread distribution didn't exist even a little over a decade ago. Your stats would imply that her three albums should rank among the greatest of all time since she is the only one to accomplish this feat.

Enjoy Swift for her catchy tunes, her shockingly unflattering swimwear, and her seemingly never-ending thirst for being used sexually and then humiliated publicly by male celebrities. That's how I look at her and have found it to be a pretty enjoyable ride.

Despite your invective I was going to report, but not surprisingly you're acting like an impatient pre-teen on this. I listened to several of the songs. Meh. They were exactly what I thought they would be: well-crafted pop that is fun but not very significant unless you're keeping track of things like pop charts in 80 countries. But I am glad you like it so much.

That said, my opinion of Ms. Swift was enhanced more by watching her coaching on The Voice than it was by listening to her (sometimes whiny) pop tunes. She is articulate, intelligent and very clearly aware of how to present herself and music in a way that makes it appealing. She is an excellent coach.
                  PLesa excuse the tpyos.

Several male celebrities that have publicly humiliated her apparently disagree with you that Taylor Swift is a pretty enjoyable ride.

let's get back to the real issue at hand. levin, in your learned opinion which of taylor's several tasteful outfits in the shake it off video do you enjoy the most? i think i'm partial to the black jazz motif, but i could be persuaded otherwise. see, e.g.,

I don't think anyone is going to argue that T-Swift isn't very popular. However, it appears that you are arguing popularity = quality music. That simply is not the case.

Without a doubt the black jazz motif, which has nothing to do with my affinity for jazz. I cannot be persuaded otherwise.
