Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

This one is Super Bowl worthy:

"...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."
"You are an intemperate, unscientific poster who makes light of very serious matters.”

        Mormons and their commercials.
Mormons are making a buzz in the advertising world again with their Super Bowl XLVIII top 5 finalist Doritos commercial ’Office Thief’.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Like the rest of you I was googling names for SeattleUte.... and of course this came up. This legitimately had my laughing out loud.

"Sometimes you just gotta wait." Great finish.

I don’t, but I certainly remember the Bad Idea Jeans “commercial” from what was still probably the 80s.

Has there ever been a funnier sustained ad campaign than the Progressive "becoming your parents" series with Dr. Rick?

Funny? I thought they were just instructive PSAs.

Dr. Rick: "Don't say it.... don't say it..."

Patient: Blurts out: "She has blue hair."

I recently saw an article about the guy who plays Dr. Rick and was disturbed to read he's 51, a year younger than me.

Seriously, when I saw the first one, I wasn't paying close attention and thought it was simply a reasonable take. Then, "Hey, wait! Are they making fun of ME???" Cut me to the quick.

Keep in mind that when CB and CG were first getting going, I was around 50 and probably seemed old to everyone then. Still true, of course, but suck it, GenX'ers! Welcome to AARP.
