Maron

Just finished watching the first episode of Maron (Mark Maron's new show on IFC). I am a fan of the interview segment of his podcast, but have never really thought his comedy was that great. I really liked the IFC show though, or at least the first episode.

It is similar in style to Louie, but quite different at the same time. A little more down to earth and self-loathing than Louie.

Before listening to 'WTF' I honestly couldn't have picked the guy out of a lineup. And even his podcast I like more for the way he gets into more raw and genuine areas with his guests, than for any comedy. Sounds like I need to give this show a shot to see the funny side of the guy.
