Feature films for the families late 80's

Anyone remember them. On our own kids escape a hall to find there Uncle who will find there father. Sam Hennings in it. It was a satire on foster care I think. Did two only children marry? How could cops not find them that quick. Get away with not paying gas that long and Welfare officials take that road. Interesting one. Butter cream gang, others. Some are cheesy. good values though.

I remember going there to interview for a job and while I was waiting in the lobby looking at some of their products I saw that they offered a "family friendly" edited version of Hoosiers. Hoosiers! At that point I realized I couldn't work for a company so depraved and I got up and left.
Kids in general these days seem more socially retarded...

None of them date. They hang out. They text. They sit in the same car or room and don't say a word...they text. Then, they go home and whack off to internet porn.

I think that's the sad truth about why these kids are retards.

I'm totally bummed that this trailer doesn't include the catchy title song.

Me too! It was a very brief stint after my mission. I absolutely hated trying to convince poor people from the bible belt that they needed this collection of movies to help their family even though they didn't have jobs or money to afford it. The supervisors would come unglued if I strayed one word from the "sales proven" script. I quit after two weeks.

As a side note, I served my mission with one of the sons of the owner of FFF. He was a very nice, humble young man. I went to his wedding reception at La Caille (first time I had ever been there).

I remember two things about it. One is that part of my script was to say that we were trying to "heal our nation" by selling wholesome family videos. This would have been 1996. That drew a straight out laugh from a number of people. I also recall that the owner (his name might have been Forrest?) drove a green Ferrari. It was very, very nice.

That is right. The son that I knew was a Forrest ______ III or IV, I cannot remember which.
