    Dutcher films

Anyone read the trib article today. I am no fan of his work. Even have a facebook site called the same. In Gods Army if you have cancer you cannot stay on your mission and will go home. And 29 is too old. And for everyone that reads antilds literature I don't think too many leave the church over that. Some with a descision do.

Brigham City I'm not that naive either are most people. Why does he put blessings on film. BYUI took his forum speech off the website. You can't even listen to it on the devotional website. I never seen states of grace, yet that satire of mission rules what makes Dutcher smarter than the brethern? Sorry I think he left the church because he didn't want to keep the commandments like all people do and I am not fond of his films. Will never see falling myself or States of Grace. I doubt I will anyway.

This thread is about 8 years too late
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

As jaded and embittered as Dutcher is, he'd be a great addition to CUF.

Dutcher cracks me up. I follow him on FB and a month or so ago there was a bank robbery by his house. He posted something express his hope that the robber got away with a lot of cash, you know, to stick it to the banks that are robbing everyone.

Then I listened to the MoMat podcast with him and he was railing against Cleanflix and how they were breaking copyright law.

I guess his sense of morality goes more with his pocketbook than anything else.
"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf
