Looks cool, but wasn't R.Scott slated to direct a film adaptation of Blood Meridian? If so, I wish he would stop dragging his heels, or pass the project to Paul Thomas Anderson, whose There Will Be Blood convinced me that he would be the best director for the job.

No. James Franco of all people is attached as director but the project is on hold while he makes an adaptation of McCathy's "Child of God."

Really? Well I'm glad he won't be starting with Blood Meridian, since it would be a travesty if that project were to be poorly executed because it was given to a directing tyro. Child of God will hopefully give us the chance to see if Mr. Franco is really up to the task.
My biggest complaint is that the trailer doesn't give a better idea of what it's about. I need more details to decide if I'm going to see it.

It's about loud music, super explosions, scary lighting, awesome stunts, and cool special effects. I can't wait. I so hope it's not rated R.
How do we know that the loud music, super explosions, scary lighting, awesome stunts and cool special effects are not just what was seen in the trailer? That was only two minutes of the movie. What about the rest of it?

Well, the only thing to do then is to wait for Indy to return and report.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."
