I like this NPR video; the third song is the best. The drum machine doesn't bother me.

    Has anyone seen them live?

I was sure this was going to be about MBN trying some new sushi at Ginza. It doesn't make any sense otherwise.

I've not seen them live, but I've been enjoying their album Last Night on Earth for nearly a year. I discovered them when L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N. was the free download of the week on Amazon back when their album was released.

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Holy crap they're British. They always sounded like a California band to me.

That first song sounds very much like Tom Petty.

Isn't it strange how a person's accent can disappear while singing? I've listened to LIFEGOESON plenty of times over the last few months, but the thought never occurred to me that the singer might not be American. In fact (as I alluded to above), the opposite thought occurred to me: he sounds very American.
