    I don't know if this is necessarily the same as your fave five, but what are 5 movies you think everyone should see.

    Mine in no particular order
    *The Godfather
    *Hoop Dreams
    *Hoosiers
    *Airplane
    *Memento

    Five is too few. It should be more like 100.

    Bicycle Thieves
    Citizen Kane
    Star Wars
    Seven Samurai (or The Magnificent Seven)
    Schindler's List.

                    Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”
