Instead of watching OU v. OSU or instead trying out any of my new games, my SIL recorded a bunch of uber-shitty made for TV Hallmark Christmas movies. I have Lawrence of Arabia on my DVR and I suggested that if people hadn't seen it, maybe we should watch it. I was ignored and now we're on our second POS Hallmark movie.
Here are a few of my thoughts when I see what's on my TV:
"Wait, are we really watching a movie with Tori Spelling and Gary Coleman in it?"
"When exactly did Tori Spelling's dad die? ... you mean someone actually hired Tori Spelling independent of her dad's purse strings?"
Also, my in-laws brought my lazy-ass BIL with them from Arizona without telling us, he just showed up with them -- and now his buddy is coming to stay a few nights and they didn't even bother to ask me or my wife. But I come off as the asshole if I say anything as I'm cleaning up everyone's dishes, empty soda cans and dried up Hickory Farms cheese ball crumbs.
