Looks like Jon Bongiovi, co owner of the Arena League's Philly Soul, promised the fair folks of Philly a free concert if his arena league team won the title. The Soul won the title, but Jon soon became a little runaway. Now that the arena league has canceled the season, JBJ is giving love a bad name and flaking on his promise.
