    Who watches Entourage?

Note: I'd probably get suspended for even asking this question on CB.... or, alternatively, HBO would be so alien to Jefe that he'd have no idea what Entourage is.

Funny that you ask this question, I had been meaning to start watching this show for awhile now and finally got around to watching the first season the the last week. I immediately updated my nextflix queue with all the remaining seasons. I can't believe it has taken me this long to start watching that show. It is hilarious.

I've started to record it. One of the cable stations has edited episodes.

I love Entourage, last season wasn't great and this season has left a lot to be desired. I hope they figure out a way to put things together and give a good ending next season.

I've watched the first four seasons, and thought it was starting to lose some steam. Everything was starting to feel a bit recycled. I'll get caught up at some point though.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Yeah I feel the same way.

As the comments below indicate - after Season 3 it's not quite as strong. But I look at it like this - through Season 3 it's one of the best series ever written, after that it's still exceptional compared to most of what's out there, it just doesn't quite live up to its own standard.

Truly one of the great character inventions of recent television.

The professor in me hopes that there is an intentional recycling of themes and that it's starting to lose steam, in a perfect parody of that thing that it satirizes. I hope it's intentional. I quit watching after Season 3 because I wasn't liking it.
Spoiler for Why I quit watching.:
After Johnny moved into the high-rise condo, it lost something. Also, my wife wouldn't watch it with me anymore, and she didn't like all the bettys on display.

Last season was very average. I do think it has rebounded nicely this season. Much better than last. And while it is mostly still recycled, it is with new depth. The gang parties too much and Ari has a big mouth. We're seeing that from a little different perspective this season and my opinion it has been good so far.

I watched a movie with Matt Dillon over the weekend, and realized that he was Johnny Drama. I never realized the guy who plays Drama was his brother, but there's no mistaking it once you see/hear them both.

So, really Kevin Dillon is playing himself in Entourage. i found that funny.

Yes he is and it's actually fairly deliberate I think - including bits of the storyline like that the crew comes from New York (where the Dillons are from).

Contrary to popular opinion on here, I didn't like it.

I would only have HBO for one reason, to watch Curb Your Entusiasm. However, in this economy and because I hate Comcast so much, I won't spend the money for HBO.
