In Season 2, she nearly had a breakdown when faced with the possibility of Cooper's engagement, and reacted pretty strongly to Ainsley in that moment. She's vapid, sure, but she's attached to her kids. The week of camp seemed like it was a week before classes started, what with the same dorm and room assignments as the semester.

And speaking as someone who just dropped off his oldest to college... it wasn't far from the truth.

Most of the rest of the episode was pretty terrible writing, but that I could believe.
That’s quite the word salad just to say that she’s a cartoon character.

Didn't want to leave her alone because she had Football dude as a boyfriend. Didn't want to let her drive, so Tommy acquiesces and lets Princess take the company jet with other employees. Then, for the last 2 seasons, she only rarely does anything alone. It's always with Ainsley. She's definitely a mess, and it's not just because of the kids, but acting emotional when something involves the kids is in-character.

They confirmed BBT's being replaced, so that should mean the summary eviction of non-company personnel from that house.
Wait. Did you just say BBT is gone?!?!?!!! He is the best of that show. Not sure I will watch as there really isn’t any reliable character left. Stupid ass decision there. WTF!

Probably got sick and tired of dealing with these dumb female characters.

I haven't watched the show, but isn't Billy Bob the biggest draw? I don't know any of the other characters.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Whoops, my bad. News stories kept putting in their headline things like "Landman Season 2 Officially Confirms Billy Bob Thornton Will Be Replaced"

"Fans, however, shouldn’t yet pack up his workstation. Thornton, who is always forthright in interviews, has made it quite evident that he has no intention of leaving. He has a multi-season contract and has expressed time and time again that he is eager to continue if the plot calls for it. Taylor Sheridan, as usual, doesn’t comment."

Multi-season contract means BBT is.going to ride this thing until the checks stop clearing.

Will be interesting to see what happens next week. I have a feeling Anthony Garcia will come to BBT rescue and ensure he does not get fired.

Rumors are swirling around about Monty’s will.

Not sure she can fire him BBT (CEO of the company) without board approval. I need to rewatch the episode where Monty’s will was read to them both. I think Monty gave Tommy complete control over the shares of the company and of the family trust. So essentially, he will still remain in control of the company..

Maybe he'll go to work for the cartel. Wouldn't be the most absurd thing this show has done.

Final episode was pretty good. I did find the predicament of his son resolved to be too easy. And UVACoug’s prediction. All I have to say..

                  Next season will be interesting..

It seemed smooth, but I think the cartel guy employs the rapist guy, and it's going to cause problems.
