    Pandora overreacting

Thank you, we will never play this song again.

"Dude, don't take it so personally. You're doing a good job. It's OK to play songs by this artist on occasion or even this song again, just maybe not so often."

Also, Lips Like Sugar is a good song. It doesn't mean I want to hear it once per hour from now on.

But for that you use the "I'm tired of this song" option.

But either way, yeah, she seems awfully touchy. You throw one song from Elton John in there and you'll be stuck with Alligator Rock until your eardrums burst.

I'm at my office catching up on surgery reports and other paperwork I hate (can't you tell how hard I'm working at it) and blasting what I named my "Killers" station on Pandora. It has been feeding me a steady stream of The Strokes, Neon Trees, The Killers (obviously), Greenday, White Stripes, etc. And then it threw in Speed of Sound by Coldplay ?!? It is like the seeing the end of The Crying Game, I'm shocked, nauseous and frankly a little scared as to what it all means

Boo! Killers and Coldplay are my two favorite modern bands. They're both cut out of the same cloth.

Coldplay seems to make it into whatever station I create or listen to. It drives me nuts. I need to make a gangsta rap station.

We've been listening to my buddy's 2Pac station at work while working together on some plans that are an absolute pain in the ass. It always seems to go by faster when "Hit Em Up" (aka the song that got Pac and Biggy killed) comes on. Just as long as the partner isn't also in the room listening as well. She's pretty liberal (we've caught her listening to Eminem a time or two) but I don't think the string Pac laces together in that song is appreciated by many.

That's the problem, the gangsta rap is NSFW.
