    Rush to tour in 2010

These guys are savvy businesspeople. They have the presence of mind to know that all those nerdy guys in jr high/high school in the 80s that were Rush diehards are now upper middle class cheiftains and they start rolling out tour after tour between 2002-2007.

They pause during the recession and now, sensing the thaw, are heading back out next summer.

I can't wait. It may my last chance and I plan to do it at least three times this tour.

New album as well. Snakes and Arrows was great (Far Cry ranks as one of my favorites of all time).

I camped outside the Delta Center for tickets to the Roll the Bones tour. Got 5th row seats on the floor right by the aisle. At one point I was going completely nuts in the aisle. Geddy was right in front of me. He smiled, pointed at me and nodded approvingly. Greatest. Moment. Ever.

When my wife and I were dating, she came with me to the snakes and arrows concert in SLC. She donned a skin tight, thin, black rush shirt that was designed for gals and with her, uh, plentiful assets, it was quite the sight. We were on the 6th row, dead center. During YYZ, Geddy Lee literally spent about a minute checking out the current Mrs Viking. She's a blonde, smart, but not very situationally aware and usually oblivious to being checked out but after the concert she said: "Was it just me or was Geddy checking me out?"

Of course, she may have been about the 100th girl to ever go to a rush concert but it was still kind of funny.
