My entry: the Coors bottles that turn blue in order to tell you the beer's cold. Apparently one's sense of touch isn't capable of discerning such a fact. I don't drink beer, but if I did I highly doubt I'd be hanging out in the beer isle at the grocery store studiously looking at the different beers and have the thought occur to me "you know, the mountains on the Coors Light bottle turns blue when it gets cold and I'm sick of my fingers letting me down in this regard. That's it, I'm going for the Coors Light"
