If you do end up doing it in UT county I'd suggest a new restaurant called Terra Mia. I've never been there, but it is run by a friend of mine and he's a legit Italian so something has to be good about it.

If anyone has been there, I'd be interested in your opinion on it. It sounds like he's had a good reception this past summer.

Good but not great. It is the best pizza that you can get in Utah County, but it isn't quite on the Settebello level.

That's about what I would expect from this guy. He's not a trained chef by any means and he makes to pretenses about it. He's worked a long time in the restaurant business managing others' businesses and decided to venture out on his own. You don't have to be fantastic to make money, you just have to be consistently good and knowing him, that's what I'd expect. I'll have to try it out if I get back to Zion some time next summer.

I've given Terra Mia a chance 3 times now....I think it is terrible. Nicolitalia is 10X the pizza that place is.
