    JohnnyLingo was not banned.

He left of his own accord, citing a fear for the safety of his wife and child......and not wanting people here to go to his mom's blog and tell her that he uses the f word.

Who did what that he feared for the safety of his wife and children?

Basically, some of us went and looked at his personal blog and then made fun of it.

That is the long and the short of it.

The problem was that he linked his mom's blog from his blog and I had made some joke about telling his mom about his f-bombs over here. That was the last we saw of JohnnyLingo, the most clever trader in all the islands.

Wow a married man still afraid of what his mom will do to him if he is caught using bad words. That is pretty funny stuff. I guess he ate soap one to many times as a kid.

I think it's more to do with his dad than his mom.

It never ceases to amaze me how many people believe everything that comes out of Triplet's mouth.

My leaving CG had nothing to do with fearing my mother would find out I dropped the f-bomb once on a message board. And besides, Triplet attempted to guilt me into "changing my ways," as much as any mother would. That was entertaining.

To clarify, pteople I have antagonized started digging into my personal life. There are one or two individuals who dislike me enough that I felt there was a chance the antagonistic feelings could bleed over into the real world, and real damage might be perpetrated.

Paranoid or not, I made the decision, yet people can't let it go. Still gotta bag on Lingo. I suppose Triplet is still upset I called him a douche once upon a time.

Enjoy your new board. I registered this name to prevent others from using it and saw this thread. I probably should have just left it alone.

                Out.

                  LOL!

While it is hard to focus on one, the last paragraph is esp classic.

Why? Are you one of the two people that dislike Lingo enough that your antagonism might bleed over into real life?

Hide the wife and children! A posse is headed to Rexburg!

Looks like the cunning Johnny Lingo is going to self-select himself out of this forum.

                        Oh, darn.

I usually mentally block exute but every once in a while he has a funny, if unintentional, post. Like when he ranted over an Obama quote in The Onion.
