Penis size by state: Theories on why Utah men have the second smallest?

I would think though that size of condom purchased may have very little correlation with penis size. As far as I know people don't go in and get their dongs measured to decide what size is right for them. Size of condom purchased might just reflect self-perception of penis size.

Average shoe size in a given state I think would have better correlation with penis size.

I remember a few years ago reading a news story about how condoms were so ineffective in Brazil (or Mexico or somewhere) because they were sold in small, medium, macho, and super macho and almost all the men purchased super macho size and they would not fit tightly enough to be effective.
