    Twitter is Freaking Awesome!

I follow some of the "cool facts" tweeters out there. My wife usually rolls her eyes when I share them with her. I guess she's not as excited about learning new things as I am.

Things like this one that was tweeted today:

Here's everything you didn't know about breasts:

    1. Did you know the average erect nipple is slightly taller than a stack of five quarters?
    2. The average boob contain's 4-5% of a woman's body fat and weighs approximately 1.1 lbs.
    3. Before the year 2000, the average American woman's breasts were a 34B. Now, the average is 36C. Actress Eva Green shows off her average 36C cleavage here to demonstrate. [Pic was clothed, by the way]
    4. Erections don't just occur for guys. Women's breasts swell up and become erect when aroused, also. [okay, that one I knew already - but it was accompanied by an awesome picture of Jennifer Aniston]
    5. Did you know the world's first noninvasive breast augmentation procedure is courtesy of a Japanese man's ringtone invention? Dr. Hideto Tomabechi combined his loves for boobs and sounds in 2008 to create the ringtone "Rock Melon," which causes boobs to increase in size when the woman hears it. One of the doctor's first subjects reported her boobs grew by a full inch in a few days after hearing the tone 20 times a day.
    6. Sheyla Hershey is a model with the world's largest breast implants: 38KKK. Seriously.
    7. In the United States, women are allowed to be topless in public in Texas, Hawaii, New York, Ohio and Maine. If some sort of disruption occurs though, they may be charged with violating public nuisance laws. [Anyone else see our next equal protection crusade forming?]
    8. For most women, one breast is, on average, approximately 39.7 milliliters bigger than the other one. The larger breast tends to be the left one.
    9. Being stressed-out or overly tense can cause breasts to sag during those moments. [so they're kind of like a canary in a coal mine?]
    10. Humans are unique in that we are the only mammals in the animal kingdom not to develop breasts until puberty, after which they stay permanently enlarged. [Thank God for evolution]
    11. Because of the natural hormones released while a woman is ovulating, her boobs are most symmetrical between the 14th and 16th days of her cycle. [So that's when we should schedule our photo session?]
    12. Due to the chemicals in cigarettes that break down elastin in the body, a female smoker will tend to have saggier boobs than her non-smoking counterparts. [So that's the reason behind the tobacco ban in the Word of Wisdom]
    13. Human breast milk is noticeably sweeter and thinner than cow's milk. Whole cow's milk also lacks sufficient vitamin E and fatty acids, as well as contains too much protein, sodium and potassium for a newborn baby's kidneys. [Yeah, I already knew this one, too]
    14. Elena Marinova, a Bulgarian woman, survived a vicious, front-end car crash thanks to her enormous boobs. A police expert explained that the 40DD silicone implants absorbed the impact of the crash. The expert was quoted as saying, “They worked just like airbags by protecting the victim’s ribs and vital organs from damage.” [This safety tip brought to you by Goatnapper - The More You Know]
    15. Slightly more than 17,600 male breast reduction procedures were performed in the U.S. in 2011. [No! Save the moobies!]
Today's thread is brought to you by the letters "DDD".

Thinking about changing my cougarboard name to "Rock Melon"

That's the breast you could do with Twitter?

I've mentioned on here that I'm a big fan of Eva Green for reasons pertaining to the subject matter of these tweets.

But what they don't mention is why the average cup size has increased within the past couple decades, and it's not because more women now have totally awesome natural boobs like Eva Green.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

I agree, I think that may be something worth investigating.

However, I fear it could simply be a function of the increased obesity of Americans these days.

Well don't leave us in suspense, man. What is the reason?

They probably should have used a visual image that didn't indicate that one of the three options is much safer than the other two
