Talk about an ethical conundrum.
At work we only have two urinals: the short one and the regular one. I hate it when I get stuck with the short one. I've debated using an open stall instead of the short urinal but then I would have to deal with the echoing splash noise issue.

I have bashful-bladder syndrome. I cannot pee if someone is looking at me, even my wife. I always use the stall. Problem solved.

How do you handle the echoing splash noise issue? Do you just ignore it and pee loudly or do you try to pee quietly by glancing off the side of the bowl or do you just sit to pee?

          Go loud or go home.

I totally prefer the short one -- keep those disgusting urinal cakes and splash guards as far away from my junk as possible.

No cakes or splash guards at work. We use these newfangled waterless urinals.

It's not that they know I'm peeing. I have no problem with it....it's people watching me. I've never been able to. I can't pee in a pool, even if I wanted to.

Make a friend? Hell, do some missionary work! You've got a captive audience!

You've never had the bonding experience of a "team pee?" That might have been one of the best things about being a Boy Scout. Crossing streams, off of bridges, into streams.
