I've landed a job working on a good sized real estate development in the UC (will end up being over 500 residential units and about 100,000 sq ft of commercial space). I'm dealing with legal issues, but that only fills about a quarter of my time. The rest is spent dealing with everything from financing to sales and marketing. I'm loving it, but it is a bit overwhelming. The learning curve is pretty steep. Just wondering if anyone here has any experience with this sort of thing and can offer any advice on good resources (books, online, someone to talk to, anything) to help me get up to speed. Thanks.

Congrats on the new gig. I talked to a buddy of mine that did that kind of work. He said spend some time on uli.org to get some good back ground and real estate jargon.
